All apartment's are purpose-designed with comfort, luxury and convenience in mind, offering an ideal environment for secure, safe and worry-free living.The 20 apartments with 2 x private frail care units and 1 x 4 bed frail care unit range in size from +/- 19 square metres up to +/- 70 square metres. Many have ocean views and windows overlooking the colorful Muizenberg boardwalk and across the bay. Others open via French doors onto the gardens or courtyards. The larger units have separate living rooms.

Stair lifts give access to the first floor apartments. Every unit has a custom-built kitchenette with a fridge, sink and microwave. A hob and pull out ironing board are optional extras.

All bathrooms are private and en-suite and equipped specifically for the elderly. One touch showers and basin mixers are easy to turn on and off. Showers have been specially designed to give space to move and if necessary to sit down, they are flush with the floor and all shower and bathroom doors open outwards to allow easy access.

The bathroom floors are soft to cushion against a fall. The toilets have modern in-wall cisterns and wall-hung pans which are raised above normal height to make standing up effortless. Every unit will have a telephone, satellite TV and FM radio connections. Remotely operated security gates and outdoor security laser beams will give the residents peace of mind, day and night. 24 hour security protection will be included and monitored via CCTV.
